About VayuAI Automation's Journey
Vivek is the founder of Vayu AI Automation, a conscious automation agency dedicated to building intelligent systems, products, and coaching experiences that amplify clarity, creativity, intentional growth, and uplift the open-source community.
Initially trained as a mechanical engineer and later specializing in machine learning and AI automation, Vivek brings over 12 years of experience with complex product data systems, digital manufacturing workflows, and design automation across international environments.
His career began on the factory floors of southern Ontario, where he programmed industrial robots in the automotive sector. He worked extensively with PLCs, motion control systems, and advanced automation cells—experiences that revealed the immense potential of intentional machine design. Teaching robots to repeat precise actions felt remarkably similar to training today’s machine learning models like SVMs and logistic regression.
Over the next decade, he transitioned from physical automation to digital systems. Vivek has managed sophisticated databases, product designs, and complex system architectures. He has led international projects integrating advanced PLM, ERP, and CRM platforms, orchestrated large-scale data pipelines, and created seamless digital-physical workflows across North America and Asia.
Since 2013, while working in leading product manufacturing environments, his curiosity expanded into big data, machine learning, and full-scale AI model development. With years of corporate experience leading multi-million-dollar projects, Vivek took the leap in late 2024 to launch his own company—driven by a vision to create a broader impact and contribute meaningfully to the AI community.
Today, through Vayu AI, Vivek specializes in creating custom AI agents, intelligent workflow automations, and advanced backend systems tailored for founders, entrepreneurs, and creative teams. From ideation engines and SOP automation to personalized CRM systems and multi-agent architectures, he leverages modern AI, low-code tools, APIs, and cloud workspaces to deliver meaningful solutions. He collaborates closely with clients to ensure every system aligns with their goals and values.
Vivek brings not only hands-on experience in complex cloud and local environments but also academic expertise in Advanced Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data, and Intelligent Agent Design.
As his curiosity deepened into machine intelligence, Vivek pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Waterloo, focusing on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Systems Design. His academic foundation, combined with real-world expertise, offers a unique vantage point on building modern AI that supports clarity, efficiency, and conscious growth.
