Vivek is the founder of Vayu AI Automation, an independent practice building conscious AI agents, intelligent workflow systems, and backend architectures that amplify clarity, creativity, and intentional growth, with a quiet commitment to the open-source community.

His foundation is mechanical engineering. Across twelve-plus years he has worked through automotive automation, industrial filtration, pressure-equipment design, and global product development. These are environments where systems either perform safely under real load or do not perform at all. That discipline shapes how he thinks about software: as something built to hold up under real conditions, not just demo cleanly.

His career began on the manufacturing floors of southern Ontario in the early 2010s, writing PLC and motion-control programs for automotive automation cells, and the early ERP and quality systems that quietly run every modern factory. Designing repeatable physical processes, in retrospect, felt remarkably like training the models he works with today: the same patience with edge cases, the same respect for what can go wrong.

Over the following decade he moved deeper into digital systems. Managing large-scale product data, designing pressure equipment registered across jurisdictions, integrating ERP-driven workflows, and contributing to cross-continent product programs where mechanical, data, and human systems all had to align at once. That work taught him the difference between a clever model and a deployable one.

Since 2013, alongside that corporate work, his curiosity expanded into big data, machine learning, and deep learning, culminating in advanced graduate-level study in data science, statistical inference, machine learning, neural networks and deep learning, and big-data systems, formalizing what he had already been practicing inside industry for years.

In late 2024 he launched Vayu AI as a parallel, independent practice, kept deliberately small so the consulting and building he does for founders and creative teams stays his own.

Today, through Vayu AI, Vivek builds custom AI agents, intelligent workflow automations, and backend systems for founders, entrepreneurs, and creative teams; from ideation engines and SOP automation to personalized CRMs and multi-agent architectures.
